Ibasho means "a place where one belongs." At Ibasho Circle we hold gentle space so you don't have to strive, perform, or change to fit in. This circle is part of the Ibasho Care Initiative, dedicated to making wellness accessible for all—regardless of background, learning ability, or life stage.
Cancellation Policy
🌿 Booking & Cancellation Policy For Wellness Retreats & Sound Bath Sessions At Ibasho Mindfulness, we honor your commitment to inner peace and wellbeing. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all guests and practitioners, please read our booking guidelines carefully before confirming your session or retreat. 📅 Booking Confirmation Full payment is required to secure your spot for all wellness retreats and sound bath sessions. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive it within 24 hours. 🔄 Rescheduling Sound Bath / Private Sessions: You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your session, subject to availability. Retreats: You may request to transfer your booking to another person up to 7 days before the retreat start date. ❌ Cancellation Policy Sound Bath & Private Sessions: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the session will receive a full credit for future use (valid for 3 months). Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, except in cases of medical emergency (documentation required). Wellness Retreats: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the retreat will receive a 75% refund, or full credit toward a future retreat (valid for 6 months). Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable due to preparation, venue, and facilitator commitments. 💫 Weather & Force Majeure For island retreats, safety is our priority. In case of unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. government restrictions), the event may be rescheduled or credited. Refunds will not be offered for circumstances beyond our control, but we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 💛 Health & Wellbeing If you are unwell, please notify us as soon as possible. We believe in kindness over policy and will assess on a case-by-case basis. Sound healing may not be suitable for those with certain medical conditions (e.g. epilepsy, metal implants, pacemakers). Please consult with us prior to booking.
