With over a decade of mindfulness-based experience, Joy brings a embodied and evidence-informed approach to wellbeing. She is a globally accredited mindfulness coach and sound therapist, integrating science and secular practices to create meaningful, transformative experiences.

Ram Dharmaraj brings over three decades of experience in the education and wellness ecosystem. With more than 35 years of involvement with the Ministry of Education Singapore, he has played a pivotal role in shaping school communities through his leadership on School Advisory Committees (SAC) and as a founder of a wellness and beauty business.

Dr. Richard Lim is a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist, Consultant
Psychotherapist, and Executive Coach with over 25 years of professional expertise in psychological wellbeing, leadership development, and organisational resilience.

integrative and evidence-based approach, combining psychological insight, cognitive-behavioural strategies, mindfulness-based interventions, and trauma-
informed somatic practices.

As a seasoned wellbeing coach, she specialises in empowering individuals through personalised, holistic strategies that support sustainable growth, balance, and inner alignment.

Lela Aswad is a registered Art Psychotherapist and educator with over 18 years of experience in art psychotherapy, therapeutic interventions, and arts education. She holds a Master of Arts in Art Therapy from LASALLE College of the Arts, Singapore, and is passionate about creating safe, inclusive, and empowering spaces for individuals to explore, heal, and grow through creative expression. At Ibasho Wellness, Lela facilitates mindfulness-based art therapy workshops that blend creative expression, emotional awareness, and self-compassion.
