Joy began her mindfulness journey in 2015 while volunteering in a marine conservation programme in the Maldives. Today, she is an International Mindfulness Teachers Association–certified educator (CMT-E) and a Yoga Alliance–accredited sound healing practitioner (YACEP).
With lived experience and a deep fascination for neuroplasticity, Joy is committed to making wellbeing accessible, inclusive and embodied.

Melvyn Foong
Passionate in empowering and engaging with youths and young adults, Melvyn uses his experience in counselling and education to improve their school experience and mental health. Trained in counselling psychology and various counselling modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Choice Theory Reality Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Person Centered Therapy.
