Ram Dharmaraj BBM
Ram Dharmaraj brings over three decades of experience in the education and wellness ecosystem. With more than 35 years of involvement with the Ministry of Education Singapore, he has played a pivotal role in shaping school communities through his leadership on School Advisory Committees (SAC) and as a founder of a wellness and beauty business.

Consultant & Lead Facilitator
Chris Baisley, MA
Chris Balsley is an executive coach, leadership consultant and Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 30 years of experience helping leaders and teams thrive under pressure. Formerly an external advisor with McKinsey & Company’s leadership transformation practice, Aberkyn, he integrates depth psychology, somatic coaching, emotional intelligence and applied neuroscience to strengthen resilience, trust and leadership effectiveness. His global experience spans healthcare, technology, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, professional services and the military, where he helped train more than 10,000 personnel in resilience and stress regulation.

integrative and evidence-based approach, combining psychological insight, cognitive-behavioural strategies, mindfulness-based interventions, and trauma-

As a seasoned wellbeing coach, she specialises in empowering individuals through personalised, holistic strategies that support sustainable growth, balance, and inner alignment.

Lela Aswad
Lela Aswad is a registered Art Psychotherapist and educator with over 18 years of experience in art psychotherapy, therapeutic interventions, and arts education. She holds a Master of Arts in Art Therapy from LASALLE College of the Arts, Singapore, and is passionate about creating safe, inclusive, and empowering spaces for individuals to explore, heal, and grow through creative expression. At Ibasho Wellness, Lela facilitates mindfulness-based art therapy workshops that blend creative expression, emotional awareness, and self-compassion.

Melvyn Foong
Melvyn is passionate about empowering individuals through holistic wellness, drawing from his background in counselling and education to support emotional wellbeing, resilience, and positive school experiences. Trained in counselling psychology, he integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), to provide compassionate and practical support for mental wellness and personal growth.
