Ikigai means the reason of being in Japanese. Designed for teams or participants to rediscover purpose, clarity, and vision. Combines strategy workshops with sound therapy and reflective solitude in nature.
Yūgen: Yacht Retreat
An exclusive ocean-based retreat for deep introspection and healing. Option to include gentle movement (somatics), sound healing, and tea meditation onboard a private yacht.
Seika 静花: Floral Therapy
Seika is an invitation to return to simplicity. In this gentle floral wellness session, participants slow their pace, awaken their senses, and find calm through intentional and therapeutic floral wellness workshop.
Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Bathing)
The Japanese art of immersing yourself in the forest with all five senses. Clinically shown to reduce stress hormones, lower blood pressure, and boost immune function. (Option to include sound healing)

Kokoro is a Japanese concept that represents the interconnectedness of heart, mind, and spirit. This retreat is a blend of somatic movement guided by an experienced certified somatic therapist and sound healing facilitator.
Kokedama Art Workshop
Blending ancient Japanese botanical art therapy, participants create a moss-covered soil orb, suspended with twine or set in a ceramic tray—a symbol of stillness and connection to nature. Take home your handmade kokedama.
Ichigo Ichie: Tea Meditation
Ground yourself through guided ceremonial tea meditation with options to include sound healing and reflective journaling.
Seijaku 静寂: Aroma & Sleep
Seijaku (静寂) is a Japanese concept meaning tranquility and serenity. In this immersive sleep & scent workshop, you will be guided to make a relaxing DIY Soy Candle, and learn practical science-backed tips for sleep hygeine.
