A youth-focused workshop on emotional resilience through somatic movement and music. Curated by a clinical psychologist and somatic specialist with more than 25 years of experience,this experiential session will focus on building emotional resilience and emotional regulation in a fun, dynamic way.

Emotional Resilience: Stress Management for Optimal Performance
Emotions play a central role in how we think, behave, and perform—regardless of gender or background. Emotional resilience is the capacity to recognise, understand, and regulate one’s emotions, while responding effectively to stress, setbacks, and change.
This experiential workshop helps students build emotional resilience by learning how to work with their emotions rather than suppress them. Students will gain practical, evidence-based tools to remain grounded, focused, and adaptive under pressure—without being overwhelmed or paralysed by stress.
Sleep Hygiene: Better Focus & Mood
This practical and evidence-informed workshop helps learners understand the science of sleep and its impact on mental wellbeing, emotional regulation, and cognitive performance. Participants will explore common sleep challenges faced during life transitions and learn actionable strategies to improve sleep quality, energy levels, and daily functioning.


Nutrition Optimisation: Energy, Focus & Emotional Stability
This evidence-informed and practical workshop explores the powerful connection between nutrition, gut health, emotions, and mental wellbeing. Participants will learn how food influences mood, energy, focus, and stress responses, while developing a compassionate and sustainable relationship with eating—especially during periods of change and emotional demand.
