Somatic Wellbeing
Where Mind meets Body
Centre for Somatic Wellbeing is created in partnership with The Relational Counselling Studio, our programmes are secular and adopt evidence-based approaches to cultivate mind-body connection.
What is Somatic Work?
Somatic work invites us to listen to the body — not as something to control, but as a source of intelligence. Drawing from neuroscience and somatic psychology teachings, we understand that the body holds patterns of stress, memory, and adaptation. Through gentle awareness of sensations, breath, posture, and movement, we support the nervous system to shift from survival into safety.

Ray, HR Business Partner
It was practical, evidence-based, and deeply human. Our leaders walked away with a clearer understanding of emotional intelligence, stress responses, and how to show up more mindfully for their teams.
Thomas, Operations & Team Lead
The facilitator created a safe space for reflection while offering simple tools we could actually use during the workday — from stress regulation to better sleep habits. I left feeling calmer, more self-aware, and better equipped to support my team, especially during high-pressure periods.
Grace, Pastoral Care,
MOE Secondary School
Some students who initially struggled with focus and emotional outbursts showed increased calmness, improved self-control, and a greater ability to pause before reacting. What stood out was how practical and accessible the tools were — students were able to apply simple breathing and body-based techniques both in and outside the classroom.
